While paleo diet is used by a variety of people, one of the largest users group is the one which uses this diet to lose weight.
In this episode we are going to focus on how to restock your kitchen with the right type of paleo ingredients.
Some of the examples of the paleo ingredients are as follow:
- Fresh and dried herbs
- Any spice as long as it does not have processed salt, sugar etc
- Seasoning to make your food tasty
- Ingredients to make tasty sauces in your kitchen
- Natural flavor and none of these should be artificial ones
Do you remember that no processed foods are allowed? So make sure you don’t have those in your kitchen. Same is true for the oils as none of the processed oils are allowed.
The focus is more on the natural and fresh ingredient rather than the processed one.
