Since more and more people are using the paleo foods now a days, we decided to cover the paleo meal planning here.
In this episode we are going to focus on how to plan healthy paleo meals with the right type of foods.
Some of the examples of the paleo foods you can eat are as follow:
- Grass fed meat, organ meat and game meat
- Fish and seafood
- Free range eggs
- Vegetables and Fruits
- Nuts and Seeds
- Potatoes, Yams, Sweet Potatoes and Turnips – Some call it as tubers and some do allow and some don’t.
- Natural Sweeteners such as honey & maple syrup
- Himalayan salt or rock salt or Celtic salt
- Spices, Herbs and Seasonings
- Healthy Fats and Oils
Do you remember that no processed foods are allowed? So make sure you don’t have those in your kitchen. Same is true for the oils as none of the processed oils are allowed.
The focus is more on the natural and fresh ingredient rather than the processed one.
