Growing up with some major digestive problems Sam was eager to create a healthier lifestyle for herself. Juggling home-life and balancing work was difficult when creating healthy meals. Sam started meal planning for herself and her family to save her time as well as to create healthy habits. Seeing the positive impact meal planning had on her life, now she shares her meal plans with other families to help them start Eating Clean without sacrificing time, money and health.
