We are faced with many choices in life and often times we choose what seems simple, and more efficient. It has become routine when at the doctors office for them to prescribe you with various prescription medications instead of alternative options to be cured by nature. When was the last time you asked for an alternative remedy, something that is natural?
Recently, I have be researching alternative medicines as an all natural choice. More and more I see the importance of turning to herbal medicine, although it is always important to consult with your doctor as well as do you own research.
Everyone’s body reacts differently to various medications or health remedies, therefore it is paramount to be in-tune with your body and notice the reactions and side effects of certain medicine. In this episode I had the supreme pleasure of talking with Tara Mackey. At the young age of 13 she began taking prescription medication, as the doctors aimed to mask and hide certain ailments Tara was experiencing, she found herself swallowing 14 different pills a day. Through a miraculous event she threw all the pills away, turned to herbal remedies to be Cured by Nature. Tara shares her story with us along with some tips and tricks.
